Refund Policy

  1. Activated or Attempted Activation:
    Once a purchased software package has been activated or an activation attempt has been made through our online activation site, the product becomes non-refundable. This is because activated software cannot be returned to inventory.

    • Exception: In serious or exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds to your Winprosoft Wallet, allowing you to use the balance for other products.
  2. Incorrect Product Purchases:
    If a customer purchases the wrong product (e.g., buying Windows software for a Mac machine):

    • A refund cannot be issued.
    • Exchange Option: We can exchange the product if it has not been activated or an activation attempt has not been made.
  3. Downloaded Software:
    Refunds are only applicable if the software has not been downloaded. Once the download is completed, refunds are not possible.
  4. Redemption and Activation:
    • Voucher codes issued after purchase have lifetime validity. However, once redeemed, the software must be activated within 7 working days.
    • No refunds or exchanges are available after redemption or activation.
  5. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. While we process refunds immediately, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer or bank.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of order completion under the following conditions:

    • The software has not been downloaded or activated.
    • The product is eligible for exchange based on its compatibility and condition.
  2. Process for Exchange:
    • Submit an exchange request through our support system.
    • Provide details of the incorrect purchase and proof of non-activation or non-download.

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

  2. Open a ticket and provide all relevant details, including your order number, product details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.
